SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Delivery scope
We deliver nationwide. Orders are processed and delivered via reputable carriers. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 days depending on the area.
2. Shipping fee
Shipping fee is calculated per order. Orders from 500,000₫ and above are usually eligible for free shipping (applicable according to current promotions). Fee details will be shown at checkout.
3. Order tracking
After placing an order, you receive a confirmation email. Staff will contact to confirm and report delivery progress. You can track orders via link in email or contact us directly.
4. Receipt and inspection
When receiving goods, please check quantity, product and external condition. If there is an error or damage, report back immediately to the shipper or contact us within 24-48 hours.
