RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Return conditions
Products can be exchanged/returned within 07 days from receipt, intact, unused or unwashed. Defective products from the manufacturer or incorrectly delivered orders are prioritized for return processing.
2. Cases of non-returnable items
Used, washed products, tags removed; underwear, sportswear (except manufacturer defects); special promotional products (if specific rules apply). Some product groups may have private conditions, please see on the product page.
3. Return process
Contact via email or hotline to report the reason and send product photos (if defective). Once confirmed, you send the goods back to the address we provide. After inspection, we will exchange a new product or process a refund according to policy.
4. Refund
Refunds are made within 5–7 working days after return confirmation. Money is refunded via the original payment method or bank transfer based on your provided information.
